Our All -rounder training programs are suited to people who….

  • Are trying to combat multiple fitness goals at once- ie fat loss/ toning/posture.
  • Have a fitness event or competition coming up ie “run a marathon”
  • Feel physically weak, heavy and mentally demotivated.
  • Are 40+ wanting to prevent potential future aches, pains.

Our All-rounder Trainers hold a wide variety of qualifications and have extensive experience training a diverse mix of people ranging from Students, City workers, Athletes, Mums, Disabled, Performers and Artists. Some of our trainers are experts in specific fields of sport such as Rugby, Golf, Tennis, Skiing, Gymnastics, Stunt training and Marathons. A vast majority of them are working to help the everyday working person to achieve all round fitness.
Our 121 Training programmes all come with diet guidance. If you have had a DNA test, your diet will be applied from your report. Alternatively, your trainer will advise the best diet routes for you to take whilst training.
We also deliver mental motivation coaching sessions which can help the person who may have picked up bad habits with diet, or for those that have trouble motivating themselves to exercise. Coaches can carefully guide you using NLP skills, and help you get to where you want to be.
