If you are holding weight around your mid-section, or you find it hard to balance on one leg and sometimes experience lower back pain, then it is likely that you have weak core muscles. Pilates is a form of exercise that can really help strengthen your core, so long as you understand what you are doing and how you should be doing it. This workshop will meticulously teach you exactly how core muscles alone work, how you can activate them and what exercises can help keep them strong. We use a diverse range of equipment such as Swiss balls, Bosu's and medicine balls. Your coach will guide you through the exercises individually and you will then practice in a group. After training these muscles continuously, you will achieve tight abdominals, better balance, aligned posture and over all body stability. This workshop is a combination of learning and physical work out.
