This workshop is for those of you who either did a little ballet when you were younger and want to revisit it, or for those of you who never got dragged into doing it but now wish they did! You do not need ballet shoes or experience. This is a work out that simply uses the exact same exercises and technique that professional Ballerinas use today. It will promote weight loss, long lean legs, the best posture you can possibly have, flexibility, tight abs and a pert bottom! The work out requires good concentration, commitment and strong desire to improve your body whilst having a bit of fun. Once you have accomplished all the techniques, the work out routines will slowly form. Instructors for this workshop have performed as professional Ballet dancers and they currently train professional dancers performing in West End Theatre.
